Well, I guess the point is that he doesn't know how to find the wife he seeks, although his only requirements seem to be that she be female and be into wearing hoop skirts.

Heck I might marry someone willing to buy me a waterfall. I currently pay $400 per hour to use a waterfall on someone else's property for weddings and photography.
