She is a crooked boll weevil. A mole, and ultimately a traitor to the country. The money she has taken comes from the same sort of oligarchs that now control Russia. It's a good bet that some of those oligarchs are in league with the Russians that are here. It certainly serves Putin's interest to sabotage the country. You can be sure that no weapon is cheaper for the destructive effect.

That is the failure of the founders; the overly-revered constitution has no effective provisions to discourage corruption. The Constitution is long, long, long past due for a re-write, if that were possible. Corruption has been allowed and now it reigns. And it is too late to stop it from causing our extinction.
