Nobody ever lost money betting on how gullible people are. This is one caught, how many thousands more are out there?

Ripping off people who had thousands to part with. Those who think he "helped" them also, apparently, had thousands to lose. I see Nancy Reagan nodding in his favor. Victims of such theft do not get my sympathy and law is punishing him for grand theft so it all works out.
