A lot of new research seems to show that a number of different factors caused "large mammal" extinctions, not just predation by humans.
@phxbillcee Yeah, I suspect the big driver was the transition from a glacial period to an inter-glacial clime was big extinction driver. In any event, yes, it's complicated.
