LINK Supreme Court to Decide Case of WA Football Coach Fired Over Public Prayers

Yesterday, the Supreme Court announced that it would take up the case of a public school football coach who wouldn’t stop praying on the field and was subsequently fired. The fact that at least four justices wanted to hear this case likely spells another massive hole in the wall between church and state and could, at least in theory, lead to more Christian zealots employed by public schools proselytizing on the clock.

He could pray all he wants.

He was coercing children to pray.

Supreme purchased court is going to rule in favor of this asshat which will mean employers can force their employees to pray or be fired.

Christian prayers only of course.

Such bullshit. He is suing as a fucking coach; coaches can be fired on any whim or any reason. Add to that, separation of church and state.

Hopefully reason will prevail, if not then the FFRF or ACLU will take it to court.

The Supreme Court is the highest court in the land.

Not surprised at all.
