Another incident at another restaurant involving the use of police against African-American customers in a situation where they should not have been involved. OF course, the officers' actions don't speak well for them either. A bad situation, all the way around, judging from the facts given.
Charging for link-didn't see it but was it necessary?
I can find nothing that justifies the actions of these cops. The woman was waiting for a form to file a complaint with and had some words with an employee. OK, that part was over and she is waiting for this form when the cops show up and the rest of it is caught on video.
Now let's suppose that the cops were called and when they show up this woman does have to leave. Let's suppose that is the law. All the cops have to do is ask her what she is doing and when she tells them they take her outside and also get this form for her from management. Everything is peaceful and there is no King Konging going on. End of problem.
