I've gotta say, Joe Rogan WAS good in NewsRadio. Probably because he was playing the role of "Joe", who was a simple-minded idiot. And therefore, he didn't have to "act" at all...
Neil Young gives Spotify an ultimatum: my music or Joe Rogan
The choice between commercialism and integrity is not easy for everyone, but it does tell you who you're dealing with.
I don't take anyone who likes Joe Rogan seriously. There is a picture of him beside the entry for "dumbass" in the dictionary.
Free advertising for both Joe and Spotify. Guessing Joe's 11 million viewers are not that into Neil anyway.
@puff It's not a matter of someone not liking it, it's a matter of disseminating disinformation, a matter of truth and integrity. I can understand why those things don't matter to you.
@LovinLarge Joe is merely filling that exact niche you mention, A very one sided debate on MSM. If they actually were impartial news reporters rather than infomercials then people like Joe would remain firmly on the fringe, but he is now mainstream and they, MSM and their corporate ties, don't like it.
@puff Exactly wrong, antivaxxer. Joe is disseminating disinformation and you are assisting him. There is no credible evidence to support his COVID claims so he should not be making them. This is not about media, this is about science. If you don't understand what science is, you aren't qualified to participate in the conversation. Just like Joe.
@LovinLarge Luckily the French understand science by recognising medical exemptions. Well, so does Australia, however our politicians over-rule science and even their own laws. Be a lot of egg on faces when Novak Djokovic competes at the French Open still unvaccinated, but scientifically perhaps safer than one vaccinated alone. That is the science many like to ignore as it goes against their agenda.
PS I'm not actually antivax but pro informed consent. But I understand some like to put people into groups and label them. Understand that clearly about me. I am not antivax, I am pro consent which requires debate. Do you dispute MSM have become echo chambers when it comes to everything covid? Fox an MSM echo chamber on the other side?
You are into investing and stuff, so why not let people choose what to consume rather than force people to consume a product against their wishes? I suppose economically great to take away consent for your product, bound to make money, especially if forewarned (just ask Pelosi).
Different story if vaccines stopped transmission which in Australia they are obviously not, which is the only ethically justifiable reason to mandate such medicines.
@puff Your arguments are nonsensical and not worth my time. Learn how to edit if you want anyone to read your shit.
