LINK Judge stops Noem's abortion pill rule change | TheHill

A federal judge has blocked an executive order by South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem 🌈 that would have placed new restrictions on procuring abortion pills, reports the Associated Press.

U.S. District Judge Karen Schreier on Wednesday granted a request from Planned Parenthood and the ACLU of South Dakota to halt the South Dakota Department of Health rule, which would have gone into effect Thursday.

Women should have control of there bodies. This world is over populated.

I like to point out to people that it is a bigger risk to the life of the woman to carry a pregnancy to term than it is to get an abortion. I don't believe the government has the right to take away the freedom of choice by mandating a woman to take on the additional risk to her life, no matter how small the risk.
