Maryland’s next attorney general could be an anti-science, anti-abortion, pro-secession Republican who once donated a million-dollar dinosaur skeleton to the Creation Museum.
Michael Anthony Peroutka filed paperwork this week to run in the Republican primary. At a time when promoting extremism appears to be the best path forward within the GOP, Peroutka has a lengthy résumé.

The line up of extreme nitwits here in PA is just incredible. If you have a ton of money and can act as offensively as Trump or worse, the Party will back you, the despicable will vote for you and the Democrats will shake their head and wonder what happened to the Constitution they thought was indestructible.
