How to break up with a man who emotionally withdraws.

Question

An obsessed rock climber
He's sexually timid and repressed.
He never initiates sex
It's hard to get him undressed.

He coldly withdraws
At the first sign of strife.
It kills good feelings
I don't want this in my life.

Surrounded by uneven rocks
Big drops and unlit stairs,
His house feels hostile.
In winter I don't dare.

Last night I sent an email
Kindly stating my concerns.
Like shouting into a void
I hope someday he learns.
