'Properganda' has different sides. First off most of the Russians killed were done so by their own state. It was not about racism or a form of genocide but simply to get the soldiers more afraid of their government than the enemy. Also, talking to the wrong person as my uncle was a tank commander for Germany 4 years in Russia and then got captured and sent to a Siberian gulag where he spent 5 years. Later he became a warrant officer for the Bundeswehr in the propaganda office. There are always two side to the issue of propaganda. Some of us understand that and some simply refuse to do so.
