Police Departments Hire Some Ignorant and Insensitive Officers, So Rude, Stupid and Entitled Dispatchers Shouldn't Be A Surprise. Certainly There Are Good Ones As Well. 911 Dispatchers Should Be Properly Trained. This Person Should Be Fired On The Spot. It's Not Like They're Working At A Pizza Parlor. Amazon Customer Service Shouldn't Have Higher Standards Than 911 Operators.
