No, it's not a good thing. It's never a good thing when someone is shot. It's almost always unnecessary and accomplishes nothing that couldn't have been otherwise accomplished. Your type of thinking is dangerous and isn't going to take us anywhere good. Peace is always healthier than violence. You seem like a very dangerous person, too quick to turn to violence. Were you dropped on your head as a child?
