The maker of the video gives his Christian misunderstanding of the Bible away at the very start, when he states that the Bible was "written", in the sense of authored. Where in fact, it is almost certainly, a jumble of already long existing, probably both oral and written, stories, collected and edited together. Some of which were probably valued at the time, because they seemed to be, or originally were, allegories which fitted the dubious prejudices of the time.

He then however starts to refer to them as, Gods message for the people of the time, and "inspired by God", which implies that they were authored by god, even if indirectly by giving inspiration to human authors. Which is itself a literal view, thus contradicting his early anti-literal argument.
