SCOTUS, with the West Virginia ruling taking down delegation, all but gave the November elections to Democrats.
Democrats in Congress need only to confirm what agencies such as the EPA do, and make sure voters know what will happen when Repubs refuse to confirm.

Our democracy will go down the tubes because of one con artist president, even though the destruction was being put in place for 30 years. It happens to every civilization, we have been able to keep it afloat for almost 250 years. Too bad.

Imo, she’s right but she took almost forty minutes to identify the West Virginia ruling and its takedown of delegation.
Bureaucracies are authoritarian, so America has had authoritariian rule for decades.
Professors spend too much time talking to captive audiences and need to learn public speaking.
