I generally ignore Warren, since she showed her true colors both times that she undercut Bernie instead of putting her own ambitions or personal ego aside. If she truly were a loyal supporter of the progressive cause, she would have supported him over Hillary in 2016 and also dropped out of the 2020 race as soon as it was clear she couldn't win the nomination. But both times, she instead made sure that Bernie didn't win the nomination. So I really don't give a fuck anymore what she says should happen with political policy, since she is only interested in promoting her own career. She has blown all of her credibility and right to be trusted long ago.

Congress MUST step in…, or Congress WILL step in?

I wish it was we'll step in but we have a cowardly Congress. Their fear of not being reelected is more important to them than the lives of Americans.

@Lorajay That fear of loss and that lack of caring are traits of every ruling class. They are reasons for the military’s
non-fratternization policies between, for instance, commissioned officers and the enlisted ranks.

Has anyone taken that Indian seriously???

@ErichZannIII
I agree but I feel differently.
I think the democrats end up losing because they far over reach and the republicans lose because they don’t do enough.

@ErichZannIII I think the majority of republicans see democrats as fighting democracy.
the news we watch can create a bias, but who’s burning buildings is a decent mind-maker’upper.

@ErichZannIII Biden got more votes than any president in history but has a lower approval rating than Trump, along with inflation, highest fuel prices in history, lack of baby formula, etc. etc. and 36% still support him.
I could see a 2% or 3% from the mentally ill, but 36%. Really???
it’s tough to wrap one’s head around.

@ErichZannIII
The democrats have the majority in the congress, the senate, and presidential seat. Why haven’t they made positive changes yet??? They’ve had two years and it’s only gotten worse.
How exactly do they have 100% control for this long and blame the previous guy???

@ErichZannIII
I can’t disagree completely, but they aren’t funded by the same people expecting the same results.

That’s why they hated Trump so much. Trump did his own thing. He wasn’t his own best friend in communications; still isn’t. But his policies worked. Quite a bit more than what we have now. Even Obama said “Never underestimate Joes ability to fuck things up”. Obama was correct a few times I suppose.
