Movie houses did this in the depression too, helped SOOOOOO many to escape a very harsh life they were living. (like now)
Yes it is promotion.
Yes I get that it's to sell more tickets
Yes it's to make more money
Yes they are collecting your data
BUT
It gives people something cheaper to do as a family
Gives singles something cheaper to do by them damn selves (like we like it!)
Gives poorer folks a good time which they deserve.
Keeps movie houses open in a world that so wicked competitive.
People put down the tech for 2 hours!!!
so yes win!

We have Cinemark in Henderson, where all matinees are $5 and Tuesdays all shows are $4!

There... there...there is a good spot.
I don't go to the movies. I live in the country- no movie theaters around. I was hoping you were announcing that AMC went back into the harley-Davidson production!

In Venice FL we have a small theater chain that has $5 Tuesday movies for Seniors, maybe they will let all in on Tuesdays for $5 after seeing this.
