"Despite their connections to apartheid, Israeli tech companies like Oosto continue to find support from foreign investors and governments, including the United States. The double standard towards Israeli tech perpetuates a culture of oppression targeting Palestinians."
Not a problem in Arab/Islamic countries...
Why should the Palestinians be punished for the behavior of any other Arabs/Muslims? Does that also apply to Jews for the actions of Israelis?
@WilliamCharles You read the article. The Palestinians have sought to ethnically cleanse or fully wipe out the Israelis for the last 70 years. That means that they will be used as guinea pigs for whatever technology can be developed to keep them in check. As they murder Israelis, Israelis murder them back. Or in this case, work to identify the killers before they can kill. How sad that the Israelis spoil their fun (aka their lust for blood).
@racocn8 - and what of the Nakba?
@WilliamCharles The history of religion-related wars demonstrates the bankruptcy of moral claims made by religion. 74 years later, Nakba is more ugly history. Palestinians have consistently chosen revenge over peace, and that's understandable given the values of Islam. However, the Israelis and Jews have no respect for 'Holy War', and Palestinians only get as much help as their benefactors see might benefit from chaos (so very little). It is tragic, but are Palestinians that much worse off than Arabs in other Islamic countries? Many other tragedies around the world cry out (louder).
