When there is video evidence, and/or self addmition, there needs not be any appeals. Yeah, I know, some psychos out there may say they committed said crime just because they WANT to be put on death row, but that is so rare it's not even funny. End of story.

Once convicted why would you allow a dangerous felon like that to live.

You need to assemble your act.

With death penalties there may be so many automatic appeals that life without parole costs the taxpayers far less than dps.
