Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.It is a well founded theory as a countries population increases and if that increase includes a high percentage of 'diversity' the country becomes unmanageable. This is what leads to authoritarianism. Funny, coming from an economist as they are the ones promoting constant growth in any form.
