The so called "ice age" should be referred to as the "ice ages"...
The number of variable involved in climate changes that didn't invoilve teh burning of fissil fuels are numerous and complicated. I suspect it is too complicated for many people to understand, which is why recent climate changes that resulted from burning fossil fuels added in to the mix, make it too difficult for simpler minds to understand.
