I have relatives that even celebrate someone's "heavenly birthday." I'm sorry. The dead no longer have birthdays regardless of where you think they are. They are gone and there is nothing to celebrate.

I love walking through cemeteries, especially when I know (of) some of the people there. They are peaceful places and I love feeling the life in me and living yet to come, contrasted to those whose time was up. Will I accomplish as much as they did, etc., some really changed the world. It's life affirming in a way.
