In fact the media is very kind to Trump and often still calls him "president." A lot of his followers think he has never left office but they find it hard to explain things. This is both scary and sad at the same time.
I think any kind of soil would work. It doesn't have to be "fresh". Personally I'd prefer he be covered in a garbage land fill.
