• The U.S. administration has caused a major humanitarian catastrophe and severe damage to our Palestinian people by engaging in the crime of genocide and supplying the occupation with internationally banned weapons that have killed tens of thousands of civilians..

The U.S. administration, under President Joe Biden, has caused a major humanitarian catastrophe and severe, profound damage to our Palestinian people by engaging in the crime of genocide and supplying the occupation with internationally banned weapons, which have led to the killing of more than 38,500 martyrs and over 88,800 wounded and injured. The occupation has used these weapons to commit thousands of horrific massacres against civilians and displaced persons, with most of the victims being children and women.

The U.S. administration has paved the way for the "Israeli" occupation to complete the crime of genocide with its internationally banned weapons, which are used to bomb mountains and high-rise buildings, while the occupation bombed nylon and cloth tents of displaced people without any stance from the U.S. administration towards these massacres and slaughters. The occupation has destroyed more than 75% of the housing sector, hospitals, schools, and churches, in addition to the deliberate killing of journalists, doctors, scientists, researchers, elites, and students of schools and universities and all segments of Palestinian society.

The U.S. administration has been and continues to be a major supporter and partner in the crime of genocide and has approved it by using its veto power in the Security Council multiple times, blocking any decision to halt the genocide against civilians, and affirming its full approval of its continuation without interruption.

The U.S. administration has granted the "Israeli" occupation all kinds of banned weapons, including missiles and bombs weighing 200 pounds of explosives, without oversight or accountability. Among the weapons provided by the U.S. administration to the "Israeli" occupation are three types of bunker-busting bombs: American bombs of type GBU-28, GPS-guided bombs aimed at destroying infrastructure, internationally banned white phosphorus bombs, unguided bombs, and smart JDAM bombs.

In light of these serious violations by the U.S. administration and the "Israeli" occupation, we emphasize the following:

1. We strongly condemn the U.S. disregard for the blood of our Palestinian children and women and the lives of civilians and displaced persons by providing all types of banned weapons to the "Israeli" occupation to kill Palestinians and destroy their lives and resources without limit. We call on all self-respecting and law-abiding countries to condemn the brutal American behavior towards the Palestinian people and its provision of all means of killing them with American missiles and bombs.

2. We hold the U.S. administration fully legally and morally responsible for this ethical and moral collapse and for its involvement in the crime of genocide. We also hold the "Israeli" occupation responsible for the crimes and massacres committed by its army against our children, women, civilians, and displaced persons.

3. We call on the international community, all international and UN organizations, international courts, and all free countries of the world to act responsibly and morally and take a value-based and announced stance against the U.S. administration for its serious violations in arming the "Israeli" occupation to kill and destroy the Palestinian people.

4. Allowing the U.S. administration to violate international law in this horrific manner and supply the occupation with these internationally banned weapons has serious repercussions for humanity, global security, and peace.
