LINK A GOP senator stands up to pressure — and rebukes the House on Russian interference - The Washington Post

That this is noteworthy is, to use one of DJT's favorite words, SAD. But Sen. Burr (R-NC) and Sen Warner (D-VA) had pointed words that HIGHLY disputed that House Report on Russian interference. They vouched for the findings of the nation's intelligence community and issued this statement:
“The Russian effort was extensive, sophisticated, and ordered by President [Vladimir] Putin himself for the purpose of helping Donald Trump and hurting Hillary Clinton. In order to protect our democracy from future threats, we must understand what happened in 2016.”
