Just the practical details in getting this to the people who need it the most are staggering. No health infra-structure (or any OTHER kind of infra-structure) in place; more than a dozen languages spoken in this poorest of the Congo areas; the need to win the trust of village elders in remote areas in order to vaccinate adults when routine vaccines are viewed with distrust even for children (if they're familiar with them at all)......WHO and others who are coordinating to do this have a difficult task! But they are trying!
