I would keep it. They are in prison for a reason, actions have consequences.
The question is, "Will he appear in court EVERY time without fail or not?" You know him/her. You know the odds? It's like going to the casino.
Thanks for the post and exposing the thoughts of people when they see or hear the word "prison." Many innocent souls go to prison because they can't afford good lawyers. Should they be left there? There are so many variables to consider along with a flawed justice system that is in some senses corrupt. Yes. It depends on the circumstances.
Quite agree and one of the main problems is the Reid Technique of interviewing in USA which accounts for many false confessions. I’ve got the stats somewhere if you would like but I can’t put my finger on them right this minute
