I don't know him from .... ?

While talking with a wonderful person tonight, the phrase
"I don't know him from Adam" was used.

Both of us are atheists.

We discussed how these pseudo-religious phrases
creep into conversation and decided we are now going to say :

"I don't know know him from DARWIN"

What do you all think?

Got any others to suggest?
