Ok, so Zinke has assured the Pacific coast that they won't be affected, rushed to assure FL Gov. Scott that that HIS state would be exempt, has also said that Maine would be also...this is pretty much leaving the the states of the Gulf Coast (MS & LA-and MS will kick and scream if it's beaches are threatened) and the the states of the Northeastern seaboard, some of whom have been liberal strongholds. Coincidence? Virginia is fighting this tooth and nail.
