Meeting at a mutually agreed upon fine eating establishment ,to watch how table manners are handled,no Alcohol since both He and She are driving,having a wonderful dinner,with good conversations in a semi intimate setting would be my choice. It will be a way to discover food preferences or allergies(some people are highly allergic to sea foods).

I'd love for someone to take me somewhere I've never been. I live in a small town so going for a drive somewhere new that they know would be fun.
