This should be interesting, at least for me.
Sex used to be very important for human tribes when they developed their languages. Having to provide type of sex is an annoyance when sex does not matter. The word 'it' for a woman or man is still not acceptable.
Some humans misuse the word cat, dog or pig for a person to reflect emotional feelings. The misuse of words says more about the speaker.
The last question is unclear. Time will come when all spoken languages will be replace with a worldwide language that is clear.
The 3 questions were seemingly unrelated, but were in reference to a previous post.
No problem with male / female thing, or dawg, dude, cat. As for the sex thing, it is better than using myself. ☺
Is it better?
at times i even refer to man or woman as mann or frau - i hope that's still ok in our day & age, if not exactly pc. people make too much of language & not enough of practical kindness. as for using another for anything: don't we do this all the time? it only gets nasty when the other isn't really into it, not agreeing. otherwise, go for it; use each other for sex; enjoy!
Referring to women as 'females' is incel/MRA/etc talk. Also, in my mind it sounds like the Ferengi from Star Trek, every time.
I don't care, though, if I'm addressed as 'dude,' 'cat,' 'dawg,' etc, and I don't object to being addressed in a group as 'guys.'. To me, 'dude' is so agendered that it's used for inanimate objects.
As to the third question, I'm not entirely sure what you're asking. Sex workers?
But I also refer to men as males, I’m not using female derogatorily
This post is just me trying to figure out what all of the noise was from on my previous post. My answers would be no, no, yes.
I do call to men; dude, boss, chief, man, bud and in rare occasions pal (snidely). I don't mind being referred to as a male or any non-derogatory word. I try not to refer to women as 'female' because most women don't like it but sometimes accidentally I will say ; gal, lady, girl. The one thing I don't like is addressing a mixed group as 'guys', when I was working at the center I referred to a mixed group as 'kids' . I was much older than them plus I was in charge of the group so maybe they were too timid around me to complain.
I never hear someone describe the feminine sex of gorillas as a woman gorilla, the term usage is in general a female gorilla. Humans are no different from gorillas. I see nothing wrong with describing us as male and female, especially when discussing humans in the abstract.
@NothinnXpreVails, that's one of the few things where humans are clearly different to gorillas: they attach meaning to the word, whereas gorillas would probably go by the sound of the spoken word.
Please ask one question at a time! You are rambling again !
So I fucking ramble, there’s still substance within the rambling
@NothinnXpreVails "I'm a rambling, gambling man"...hahahahahaha
You have like three questions in one.
Agreed
how can one possibly use someone else for sex without their knowledge?
I have been called dude, I am a woman and that felt awkward. Thatsabuncha questions in one spot!
Lol it relates back to all the flak I’m getting on my other post
@NothinnXpreVails I missed it
@btroje you didn’t miss anything
