I lived in Vermont for seven years, so I definitely understand
(I do miss having four actual seasons)
It's currently cold down here for us!

@DerekD the heat doesn't bother me. i've joked a few times today when it was colder that i should have kept going and moved to Miami 
You have no idea of what cold even is, it hit minus 21C last night it is very usual for it to be that warm this time of year, global warming I think is at the root of this unusual warm spell.
I was born and raised here - came home because I was needed. But - ultimately, I'll be happy where ever I am (with air conditioning if possible)

@HeathenFarmer - cold is relative. In the tropics, 60 degrees 
is cold.
