I work running deliveries with Door Dash, which is a lot like Uber Eats. Tonight I was unhappy with myself because I had to end my delivery hours earlier than I thought i should do. But with this narcolepsy and joint hypermobility I should probably be grateful I can work at all.

Also are you diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome? Sounds like it with the joint hyper-mobility.
It can be really hard to realize you may need to go on disability. I know I've been there. I was denial for over a year.

Short distances, yes. If I stay in and around town I'm pretty good. I have meds that afford me a decent amount of time where I'm alert.
I sent a message to my GP about being tested for Ehlers-Danlos a few days ago. These symptoms come and go, usually showing up when I'm under stress, which I'm unfortunately under a lot of right now.
