Has anyone here looked into autophagy?
I have an AI condition that every medical professional has told me is largely untreatable. I tend to believe almost anything is treatable through diet, but my anti-inflammatory diet doesn't seem to be making a difference with this one condition.
Has anyone tried fasting to achieve autophagy? Any luck?
I'm on day 1 of a 5-day (I hope) and looking for some inspiration.

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I have Colitis (also AI) and what I have learned is that you need to identify what works and doesn't work for you. Don't do anything radical, and remain open minded. By this I mean that I swear certain foods disagreed with me just a couple of years ago, now I have a different list of foods which I can and can't eat. I know it isn't easy, so best of luck
