New to the group. I have lived with Psoriasis for the past 16years, I have also been told other wierd skin patches are eczema a with crippling gut issues. I am on Stalara, my 3rd type of biologic shot it's seems to keep my skin as clear as Embrel or Humira. What do you use?

Try Vani Cream for eczema patches. That was the only thing that worked on my son. He no longer has outbreaks. If he gets a rare one, I'll put Vani Cream on it and it's gone in a couple of days.

Thanks I'll ask my Dr about it. I have patches on the back of my arms and the lower part of my back. Dose he use lotion?

@Allikat Vani Cream is an OTC lotion. The pediatrician recommended it. The allergist also agreed it was a great help for eczema. When the patches were really bad, we would use prescription Desonide. I've recommended Vani Cream to a few other people and it has been successful.

I was put on Humira and it nearly killed me. Since then, I haven't used any prescription and feel like I'm being eaten alive.

Has anyone ever told you about banana peals?

@Allikat No, Please elaborate.

@nvrnuff just take the inside part and lay it on top of the psoriasis. Take some medical wrap or tape and secure it to your skin for 15-25 minutes. Then take it off your skin will absorb the nutrients in the banana peel. It has help me in the past

@Allikat Thanks, I'll have to try this, might be for my hands tho
