Same little fella preaching his annoyance to me and my team. I have a very Christian group, one of my favorite employees is a preacher himself, but he is a sweetheart and not loud about religion (just the praise the lord and blessing comments once in a while).
Even him was annoyed by the little guy. I had to draw a line on the ground and shut this little fella up.
He had the bible with him and was reading a passage when I cut him up! I said I was the boss, this crew worked for me, we were there to do a job and there was no need to get distracted.
I think the pile of men that work for me were relief.
Amazes me that they argue with themselves on how everyone interprets the bible verses. ... I am thinking, why even bother reading it?!
