I am done hiding my illness. Fuck that. Why should I be ashamed? I am not the one that traumatized a child. I am not the one that abused the rights of the young. I am guilty of neglecting the people I love most but that is because the world around me taught me I was dirty/worthless/should have never been born...so why would I subject others a relationship with me?
I am so angry now that I really think about the fact that we did not fuck ourselves up so why is it that we are the ones being "fixed"? I will not be silent anymore. I am not the problem, you are not the problem, our illnesses are not the problem either but rather a symptom of a diseased society. In all reality the entire "health care" system has knowingly or unknowingly been protecting the perps by drugging/diagnosing/incarcerating the victims and I am done accepting this as my role.
