Does anyone else here think that CBC is overdoing it with COVID-19 coverage? I understand the value of good information, presented often enough so one can tune in at random and get the critical stuff, but extended versions of programs so they can wallow in the crisis seems a bit much. When are we going to get back to holding politicians' feet to the fire about climate change, for example?

My wife and I used to have the CBC on in the background all the time, there would often be well thought out, objective and thoughtfully presented information - that ended more than a decade ago. It is still one of the best of a bad lot but really it isn't good as a source of news anymore. Sad because I really loved listening to CBC.
