I'm going to leave the truckers out of this because the whole fiasco was co-opted by the People's Party of Canada, a bunch of evangelical wingnuts, racists, white supremacists and Covidiots. There really weren't that many truckers when you consider that Theo Fleury was on FOX News telling people that 50k big rigs and 1.4M supporters would be in attendance. Based on what I saw, there were maybe 5k to 10k people and less than 1k trucks.

You know my MP fully supports and praised this MAGA sponsored group of white supremacists/insurrectionists . I don't think she thought this through as she is not white.
Can't wait until there are self-driving trucks that can transport goods without stopping, 24 hours a day, hopefully without getting in the passing lane and without a political agenda.

I can at least appreciate them making their views public.
Whether the US (ATA, Teamsters) or Canada (CTA), a country wide strike would likely be much worse than protest(s).
