Let me guess, Upper Beaches?
Yes, but how did you guess? I live t here and this was something that surprised me. What is it supposed to mean.
@Slava3 I was born there and lived most of the first 30 years of my life there. It's what I would expect from the area, nice to see things haven't changed that much in the past 25 years.
@Surfpirate In that case I can put up a few more pics for you to reminisce . Have tons of them . It is my new hobby since they invented the cell phone.
Spring in the old neighborhood
@Slava3 Looks like Glen Manor Dr. N., I owned a 6-plex on that street but south of Queen, back in the 80's. Geddy Lee used to live on that street, he had a very cool, red Ferrari back when nobody drove them but it was always clogging up because he drove it down Queen St. at 40 km/h. My buddy Steve S. used to be paid by the local exotic car mechanic to take it out on the Gardiner and blow the crap out of the engine, Steve said it really hummed at 200 km/h but he had to go really slow past the OPP that hung out in the parking lot at Kew Beach. lol
Good memories, thanks for sharing.
@Surfpirate This is what we drive in this area today … Kingston road
@Slava3 Looks like you are parked on the south side of Kingston Rd. not far from the Bingham Loop, across the road from where Bargain Harold's used to be. Nice Alpha, is it the Graduate model they came out with about 15 years ago? Classic
@Surfpirate Not my beauty, but you got the demographics in part. The car was spotted on the North side of Kingston road. I could not resist it. I have a not so charming habit of going to Yorkdale , and taking pictures of all those Llumberghinis also. The joke of it is, I don't drive any more. … ps, happy Canada Day, eeeh
