@John_Tyrrell I lived in the Comox Valley from 94-98, you didn't have to cut the grass until late February. πŸ˜‰ Although when I lived in Bermuda between 04 and 10 the grass got cut every week.

I did not know this. I need to do some more research about warmer areas of Canada. Thank you for posting this comment.

@Redheadedgammy 13 states are further north than Canada's most southerly point and 27 are at least partially north of that point too

@bookofmoron So is B.C. mostly a southern point? I guess I need to get a map out.

@Redheadedgammy no but Coastal BC is influenced by the warm great pacific current - much like western Europe is warmed by the Gulf Stream. the tip of Ontario is the most southerly point
