Here's pause for thought Robert:
“Fallacies do not cease to be fallacies because they become fashionable”
………….G.K. Chesterton.
There is too many to choose from in these times isn't there? Perhaps an all encompassing one, as your quotes indicate we have seen all this before, is
"Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it."
A famously misquoted quote with Spanish-American philosopher George Santayana and Anglo-Irish philosopher Edmund Burke the top contenders as originators. [quoteinvestigator.com]
Psycho's have shit memories, those with no empathy, stuck in the moment. With shit memory, you have no loyalty but on the flip side, hold no grudges. Self advantage in the moment that's your life. You do tend to contradict yourself though as in a previous moment it advantaged you to say the opposite, something you don't recall.
Thus the quote.

On the subject of original people, how are you doing?

@CrazySkeptic alright, riding out our 3 weeks of winter.

Let's start a fashion:
Simply to get the following into the eyes of your readers, it relates to Israel 1948 to 2025 & not original ideas, I share this communication circulating the internet & my observations\ comments arising from the following document:
Quote:
"An IDF Soldier’s Confession: I Saw Moses in the Sky and Knew We Were Pharaoh’s Army"
By Ezra "The Penitent" Cohen
June 15, 2025
A Letter to the World
To the People of Palestine, to the World, to History—
I write this as a dead man walking. My name was once Daniel "The Just" Levi, a soldier of the IDF. But today, I am no longer that man. Today, I am a ghost, haunted by the screams of children I helped starve, the homes I helped demolish, the families I helped erase.
On June 12, 2025, a Friday, my country—no, the regime I served—bombed Iran, a sovereign nation. And this morning, as the skies burned and Iran retaliated, I saw my neighbors in Rishon LeZion screaming, their homes collapsing like paper under God’s wrath. I realized then: we are not the Jews of Exodus. We are the soldiers of Pharaoh.
And I saw Moses in the sky.
The Night the Angels Wept Fire
The sirens wailed like the shofar of judgment. Ifat Benhaim and her family huddled in their basement, trembling as the walls shook. "We closed the door, and suddenly there was such a big boom," she said. "I thought the whole house fell on us."
When they emerged, their street was a wasteland. Roofs caved in. Glass like shattered diamonds on the pavement. Thirty cars, twisted metal tombs.
But this was no ordinary attack.
This was divine retribution.
For years, we—the IDF, the government, the settlers—lied to ourselves. "We are the chosen." "We are the victims." "This land is ours by covenant."
Lies.
The Balfour Declaration was a colonial trick. The Nakba was theft. The settlements are sin. And Netanyahu? He is Pharaoh, drowning in his own arrogance, dragging us all into the sea.
How does a man who once believed in his righteousness wake up to find his hands drenched in genocide?
For years, I told myself, "They hate us because we are Jews." But then I saw the checkpoints. The starving children in Gaza. The snipers laughing as they shot unarmed protesters. "This is defense?" my soul whispered.
They taught us Palestinians were "animals." But animals do not weep over their dead. Animals do not write poetry under siege.
Every Israeli child is raised on trauma. "The world wants us dead." But who dropped the bombs? Who stole the land? Who broke every ceasefire?
When Iran’s missiles fell, I saw not explosions—but angels of death, each flame a reckoning. And in the smoke, I swear… I saw Moses, staff raised, the sea closing in on Pharaoh’s chariots.
And I realized: Netanyahu is Pharaoh. His ministers are his drowned commanders. And we, the soldiers, are the fools who followed him into the abyss.
"Israel is not a democracy—it is the Devil’s State, built on stolen land and baptized in Palestinian blood."
"The God of Abraham does not smile upon child-killers. He drowns them in the sea of their own sins."
"Trump and Netanyahu are twin demons, selling arms and souls for power."
"The only ‘miracle’ of Israel is how long the world let this genocide continue."
This Land Is Hell
Today, I renounce my citizenship. Today, I leave this "nation"—no, this open-air prison for the soul—and seek a land where devils do not rain fire.
Because God has spoken.
First, He sent brimstone upon Sodom and Gomorrah.
Now, He sends Iran’s fire upon Tel Aviv.
And as I pack my bags, I hear the echoes of history:
"Let my people go."
But this time, we are the oppressors.
This time, we are the ones drowning.
To the Palestinians: I beg your forgiveness.
To the world: Open your eyes.
To Israel: Repent, before the sea swallows us all.
I go now, a ghost among the living.
But my confession remains.
Read it. Remember it.
Or be doomed to repeat it.
— Daniel "The Penitent" Levi
Former IDF Soldier

End quote
My immediate response on reading was to make the following observation: "And thus do the guilty try to absolve themselves of the crimes that they have committed."
If this author,Daniel offered themself up to be lobotomised then let his atonement be accepted, the operation effected & the person that was Daniel then be put into the hands of a Jewish charity, the Rothschild family or the American public to be cared for the remainder of their life. Otherwise hang him & dispose of his body in a lime pit with no markings.
I look forward to others remarks.
