Was having a heavy moment missing my kid, specifically his sense of humor, when Iām all of a sudden interrupted by a flock of geese overhead, honking loud in the night sky.
Centered me, made me smile.
Is it weird for geese to fly at night? Lol
No it is not weird for geese to fly at night, it happens here all the time in the fall and early winter. It is generally the sign have a coming storm or the movement to a feeding area where they get disturbed during daylight hours.
Glad to hear you can still smile.
Posted by FernappleI went for a walk in the woods today, and on a tiny oak tree, I found this wonderful cluster of, so called, Oak Apples.

Posted by sc62Day trip to the lake last weekend. I spent most of an afternoon next to this lily patch. It was such a nice, refreshing mini retreat.
