On track again today, had intake of 909 calories and output should have easily exceeded that with the water hauling and garden work I did. Plus, worked on kale tonight, put some in the freezer and some more will be ready in the morning. Chopped broccoli for soup also but could not find any ham in the freezer so put off making the soup tonight. Did find some chicken but don't know how I feel about broccoli in chicken soup. Guess I'll sleep on it.
