@MyMrsFifi So Meet your enemy, become aware of its' attack on you...then attack back. I'm down to 5 rounded teaspoons in 32 oz (4 cups) of coffee....I won't use more. I've tried "pretend" sugars...I've heard too many bad things about them so I avoid them...except for Splenda (Sucralose) which I still use it occasionally; but I've heard it might be tied to an increased chance of Pancreatic and Liver cancer....so I try to use very little.
