‘The Tale’ on HBO, the story of a woman who was abused by her coach at 13...but never admitted it was rape. Trigger warning for rape/sexual assault.
I saw that.
It is much more prevalent than people think. The estimate is every 1 in 4 woman have been abused. I’m sure it’s more than that. That may be the women who admit it...or remember it.
Now there’s the horrendous human trafficking. It’s hard to wear the rose colored glasses at times.
