People were so obsessed by sex back then... maybe they still are. But you’d hope so many years of the sexual revolution would have given them a different perspective less driven by sensationalism. It’s certainly true more extreme fringes got more attention recently, I saw a picture from an S&M club in a respectable daily paper the other day, you wouldn’t have seen that in the 1970’s.
I heard a report on it on the radio recently. Science goes wrong...
I want to see the documentary and see just want went right and wrong. I would not say the science went wrong, just did not go where he thought it would go.
@Mermaidfantasy Sounds like the main researcher was a little looney and the experiment was very much contrived. Still, I'm looking forward to seeing it.
