I like "An Honest Liar". It's about a magician who's life mission is to expose all the deception and tricks used by the faith healers, mentalists, and those who claim special powers like telekinesis, telepathy and psychic surgery. He also shows that many people continue to believe in these things even after they are exposed as a deception and the people claiming these things are a fraud.
I love James Randi! I love his work. I love watching him debunk people who say they have super powers. He’s really smart. But, I didn’t like that they brought up anything about his love life. I felt the scene about his knowledge of his lover being in the US illegally was a low blow. But, I liked his answer. If he says he was aware of his illegal status he’s admitting he did something illegal. If he says he didn’t know he appears stupid. What a terrible situation for both of them.
