What are some home workout routines are you doing since the gym has closed ?
Do you find any particular time of day is best ?
I do a one hour run early in the morning..
And one hour of various calisthenics...
I don't use a gym...
Two things - sometimes 3 - that I have to do - every day;
I try to get all 3 in before noon.
Glad you mentioned the stationary bike. That reminds me that I have one !
@raindropmelody Actually I meant to point that out; that I have both an indoor "desk-bike" and an outdoor bike..a folding 26 inch bike that fits in the back of my Tesla! I rarely use the indoor model....I love getting outdoors.
100 squats, 100 push ups, 100 kettlebell swings. Whenever you can do it.
I do 2 morning workouts to the TV with Miranda Esmonds-White, and then take a 2mile walk.
