Now when you say 90 hours ( approx 13 days), do you mean no food at all or just during the day..?
90 hours, just short of 4 days. No food at all. I do drink water with various salts in it to keep my electrolytes stable. The longest fasts I've done are 120 hours, 5 days. I often do 24-48 hours.
